 Coral Beach Marbella and Playa Esmeralda are world-class resorts in the heart of the Golden Mile, just 15 minutes walk from Puerto Banús with one of the largest selection of shopping, restaurants and movie theatres.
Coral Beach Marbella is a typical Mediterranean resort that offers 20.000 m2 of gardens and common areas, a large 33-meter pool, a children's area with its pool, swings, slides and table tennis. It also boasts a beach frontage of 160 meters with non-motorized nautical sports and a beachfront restaurant to satisfy your palate.
Playa Esmeralda, located next door to Coral Beach Marbella, is a brand new project that enjoys the same rental advantages of Coral Beach with the added value of being just finished.
Playa Esmeralda also offers the same facilities except for the slides and swings but it has a gymnasium to keep fit. It is a gated complex with a more modern and urban look (all marble façade).
We are proud to have one of the best rental services in Marbella. Multilingual personnel provide with all the information and services you request and guests are provided with most hotel amenities. To keep track of a busy life, you have the possibility of using scanner, colour printer and computer access for free.

Coral Beach Marbella and Playa Esmeralda Rental Features
The price includes continental breakfast and daily cleaning with change of linen and towels every 3 days.
We offer special rates for one month stays during the months of November, December, January, February and March with a limited service, i.e.: no breakfast included, no daily cleaning (once a week).
During season A (low season), the restaurant closes on Mondays.
During seasons A and B, reception hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
During the rest of the year, reception hours are from 9:00 to 20:00 hours.
We also arrange car rental, baby sitter and most concierge related requests.
You can also rent an indoor garage at 9 €/ night during seasons A and B and 12€/ night during seasons C, D and E. That way you won't have any problem with parking and your car will always be nice and cool in the shade !
Bicycle for rent: Enjoy a wonderful bike ride along the the beach's promenade. Marbella town center is a 20 minute ride, while Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away. Half a day (4 hours) = 5 Euros. All day = 8 Euros.
Sky box digital receiver: View a large selection of film and documentaries as well as music, sports, news, general entertainment and specialist TV channels. 10€ per night. (supplies limited) please book ahead.
 Please note that while staying in one resort you cannot use facilities of the other.
You will find spacious, luxuriously appointed accommodations, featuring one to four bedrooms, with large balconies and private gardens for ground floor apartments and villas overlooking the pool, the gardens and the sea.
Other amenities that will make your stay enjoyable are daily cleaning and change of towels and linen every 3 days, mini-bar service and a set of toiletries.
Each accommodation comes with elegant furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, washer, air conditioning, satellite T.V., video, hi-fi, safe deposit box, hair dryer, telephone, etc…all to provide you with a relaxed stay and unforgettable memories. |
Rental Terms and Conditions at Coral Beach Marbella and Playa Esmeralda
- Listed prices are per apartment and per night
- To guarantee a reservation a 50% deposit of the total amount is required
- The remaining total amount must be paid prior to entering the apt. and will not be reimbursable
- Cleaning is done every day and change of linen and towels is done every 3 days
- Continental breakfast served in our restaurant by the beach is included in the price
- Extra beds are charged at 35 euros per night. Baby cots are 10 euro per night
- Garage rental is 9 €/night during seasons A and B and 12 €/night during seasons C, D and E
- Sun beds are free of charge at the pool and cost 6€/person/day at the beach
- Check out is at 12:00 noon. Check in is at 15:30
- From June to September and Easter, in case of cancellation of the reservation two months prior to the arrival, we will charge 50% of the stay, after that dead line we will charge the entire stay
- For the rest of the year, in case of cancellation one week prior to the arrival, we will reimburse 90% of the deposit, after that period we will charge the entire stay
- Rentals and Coral Beach services are subject to 7% VAT (not included in the price list)
- Special conditions are available for long term and low season rentals
