Rental Terms and Conditions at Coral Beach Marbella and Playa Esmeralda

  • Listed prices are per apartment and per night
  • To guarantee a reservation a 50% deposit of the total amount is required
  • The remaining total amount must be paid prior to entering the apt. and will not be reimbursable
  • Cleaning is done every day and change of linen and towels is done every 3 days
  • Continental breakfast served in our restaurant by the beach is included in the price
  • Extra beds are charged at 35 euros per night. Baby cots are 10 euro per night
  • Garage rental is 9 €/night during seasons A and B and 12 €/night during seasons C, D and E
  • Sun beds are free of charge at the pool and cost 6€/person/day at the beach
  • Check out is at 12:00 noon. Check in is at 15:30
  • From June to September and Easter, in case of cancellation of the reservation one month before arrival, we will charge 50% of the stay.
  • For the rest of the year, in case of cancellation one week before arrival, we will charge 10% of the stay.
  • Rentals and Coral Beach services are subject to 7% VAT (not included in the price list)
